JD as Director of Black Ink Business Services has 25 years experience as a financial professional in both private sector and public accounting for various industries. During this time JD led and managed Sarbanes-Oxley audits and implementations, financial reporting for multinational companies applying both US GAAP and IFRS. JD has a strong focus on improving financial reporting using the synergy between business process and Information systems.

JD passed both the South African Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor exams and holds an Honors Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa and Baccalaureus Commercii degree from the University of Pretoria.
